Now the company has advanced machining production line and constant temperature,without dust and intelligent assembling line with annual assembling internal-combustion engine capacity of 5000 sets.  It has 51 sets of multiple working stations gun drilling and boring combined special machine tools, 2 sets of CNC grinding machines, 1 sets of machining center imported from HAAS of U.S.A ,etc, 1 set of cylinder bore "platform overlapping curve" honer from Nagel of Germany.  It has 4 sets of ultrasonic cleaners, 7 sets of cleaners with high clearness and 5 sets of Microcomputer tightener manufactured by INGERSOLL-RAND, USA.  The company has 1 set of single coordinates measurer (DIGIMAR DX1) imported from the UK, 1 set of 3-coordinates measurer (UMC850) from ZEISS, Germany and 1 set of crankshaft dynamic balancer (HM20BK) manufactured by SCHENCK, Germany. It has 2 sets of roughness measurer  imported from England(SURTRONIC3+),1 set of tailgas discharge measurer(INFRARED MULTIGAS) imported from Italy and  1 set of equipment of inspection and test.
